To keep us on track with accepting nominations, we need clarification from the nominators of the below tags. If you are the nominator, please get in touch by 10:00AM PDT on Sunday, 31 May 2020 (48 hours from now) or they will be rejected/edited as described.

Reminders:
- Please disambiguate all nominations. This means putting the fandom in brackets at the end, e.g. Harold Finch/John Reese (Person of Interest)
- For MCU, DCEU, and Arrowverse, please nominate films/series separately, e.g. Black Panther, Captain Marvel, etc.

A note on Original Character nominations: if you do not state a gender, it is assumed that you have no preference regarding the gender ultimately assigned to this character(s).

A note on readerfic nominations: for consistency and added clarity, please nominate the reader character as “Reader” instead of “You”.

What if my nominations were already accepted before the "disambiguation for everything" rule was introduced?

No, you're all good. Thank you for asking though! Some don't need disambiguation (we hope) to stay where they're supposed to, and if they do, that's on us to sort out if we've let them go through without disambiguation.

Not the nominator, but one of Tony’s bots is named U—with butterfingers and dummy and Jarvis, I think they meant that bot instead of a reader.

Thank you for telling us! That makes a lot of sense. The canonical AO3 tag has the bot's name as "You" (while Google tells me it's as you said, "U") but I'll change it to how the original nominator wished.

Hi! I nominated American Gods and I have to specify each exchange, that I am not nominating the TV show. I was trying to nominate the novel. There is American Gods (TV) and American Gods - Neil Gaiman.

I would like the novel to be nominated in general because the TV show has not gone far enough in the canon. (That being said Bilquis/Other(s) was my deal and I'll see if I think of another way to nominate her.)

Hi! As we rejected that tag, the TV show hasn't gone into the tagset yet. The book is currently in the tagset though! If you nominate under the book canon, we'll add them in. If you have any issues nominating under the book canon, let us know the characters or relationships you'd like added and we'll put them in for you.

Thank you! I think I'm all set. One of the concepts with Bilquis as a character is that she is luring kind of OCs as part of her plot in the book, so I'm not sure how else to nominate her. It's okay though! She doesn't have to fit in this exchange. :) So, I'm all set with the relationships that are in there.

I understand if this is a bit of a cheeky request but--

Someone has nominated a bunch of Stardew Valley player-centric ships, but not specified the gender. Is there a way to change the existing ships to include gender (i.e. turning Abigail/Player into Abigail/Female Player and, separately, Abigail/Male Player)?

I don't have enough room left on my noms to submit new ones, but it'll make it a hell of a lot easier come matching time. Again, understand if this is too big an ask, but thought I might as well.

I am undecided yet if I want to nominate Equestria Girls or not, but if I do would you like it separate or folded into My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic?

As Google tells us it's a spin-off and it has its own AO3 tag, we're inclined to say nominating Equestria Girls separately would be best. Thank you for asking!
